Hi everyone!! My pc had been running really slow and I had heard that by having too much RAM (2GB) could do this, I can see way But anyway I changed the RAM back to 1GB,, but it was still was running slow... Knowing this I then put it back to 2gb... But now when I boot it up it sounds like all the fans are going but it says 'NO SIGNAL' to the monitor... :_(

Any ideas please..

Many Thanks,,

Having too much RAM will not cause the PC to run slow. When you connected the monitor cable, did you connect it to the correct VGA or DVI port?.
Did you disconnect/connect the lead with the PC switched off and unplugged?.

Check you have not disturbed the graphics card while changing RAM

remove and refit card to remake connections

I didn't disconnect the Screen.. I'll check the graphics card connection.. but i didn't touch it when I changed the RAM.. I've notices it is very dusty inside the tower..

try reseating the ram or removing the stick you did before

yeah there is only one way to physicaly put them in but if your only using to they should be staggered for best performance i.e. slot 1 then an empty slot and put other one in slot three i have an asus motherboard and there named slots b1 b2 c1 c2 so i have sticks in slot b1 and c1 with the middle slot b2 and bottom slot c2 empty
