No E-mail pictures ?

My friend Juli tried to send me a picture as she usually does.
This time however it all wnet wrong, she asked me

> Why am I suddenly unable to insert a picture into the body of the e-mail, even after I change the format to "rich"?
The word > "picture" is simply greyed out .............
This is interesting.
I tried 3 experiments
1. I composed a reply to this by opening the reply field and tried to
insert a picture .
As Juli says the option remains greyed out.
2.I took another E-mail received to day and opening the reply field made
as if to insert a picture the field was
active and would have allowed the import had I carried on.
3.I made a new mail and the picture option is active.

It looks as if Julie's E-mail programme has corrupted in some way and
not only that, has transferred the corruption in the mail.
Could it be another virus?

Try composing the Email in an office program (i.e. WORD) and using the SEND (File menu) to send.
