Your IPconfig report shows that your Ethernet adapter is configured correctly but was unable to get valid IP information via DHCP. Simply turning your router off then on again may fix this.
If that doesn't help, then as a test, ask a friend or neighbour to pop round with a laptop and see if they have the same problem. If that's not convenient then make sure your Ethernet adapter drivers are up-to-date.
