My girlfriend's Vista laptop this morning displayed the message 'No Bootbale Partition in table' with a black screen, i think there was a Windows update last night too.
Please can i ask do i have to do a repair install of Vista?
Just restarted with no USBs attached and it is now fine. Why did this happen? Has the boot order been changed?
Possibly its trying to boot from USB first
It can be better to disable boot from USB in BIOS until you actually need it.
Excellent AGAIN Fruit Bat.
Whilst Im attempting to resolve my many other PC problems, please can I ask how to disable USB as an option in the boot order?
In the BIOS it will come under Boot Devices or Boot Order
