New windows not opening in IE

  justjill 19:42 08 Mar 2009

I'm not really a web designer, more just someone who's learnt how to use Namo 6 to make websites but it hopelessly inadequate at all the proper hardcore web design stuff, so please forgive my rubbishness!

I've used a built-in script in Namo 6 to make new windows open when you click on links to Facebook and Twitter on this page: click here

They seem to work okay in Firefox and Chrome but they don't open at all in IE6 or 8. I've had a rummage around on Google and found some stuff on W3C but I don't understand a word of it, tbh! How can a charlatan like me fix this problem?!

Oh, and yes I'm aware of all the coding errors when you run the w3C validator but I've no idea how to fix those either. I'm guessing if it looks pretty and works, our customers won't mind!

Thanks for any advice :)
