New windows 8 PC won't connect to WIFI.

Hey, I bought a new Asus computer yesterday with Windows 8 on it and it connected to the Wifi no problem. Today after turning it off for the night it won't find any WIFI's, not mine and neither the neighbors'. It says "No connections are available". I had all the updates done before it turned off last night. I've tried restarting the computer and Router and nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is there a switch to turn on wi-fi and check airplane mode is off.

Think it's the Fn key plus one of the function keys (the one with an antenna symbol).
