Putting new system together, would be interested to hear any comments/suggestions/alternatives before I order from Ebuyer:

Either, Asus M2N-E SLI Nvidia nForce 500 SLI MCP Socket AM2 ATX OR Asus M2NPV-VM NF430 Socket AM2 PCI-E DDR2 SATA uATX

AMD Athlong 64 x 2 4200+ Socket AM2 2.2ghz L2 1MB

Artic Cooling (AC-FRZ-65P) Freezer 64 Pro Socket 754 939 940 CPU Cooler - assume compatable with above chip

Antec NEO HE430GB 430W PSU Fan

Sony 3.5 floppy drive

Antec Solo Quiet Mini Tower

LiteOn 20X SATA DVD+/-RW/RAM

OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC-6400 Platinum XTC

Would like to add in graphics card looking at Asus Geforce 6200 128MB DVI-D 1 X Vga Tv-out AGP

Looks nice to me, but personally prefer Core2duo over AM2. Asus M/boards are good 'tho.

If I were you, I would leave out the floppy drive and put a 52 in 1 multimedia card reader in it's place. (fdd's are very rarely used these days, and you can do stuff like flash BIOS etc from CD's instead)

I take my XD card out of my camerea and upload pics. to PC with mem. card reader, save messing around with usb cable and is also faster on transfer.

My card reader also has a USB port on it which gives me an extra one on the front of the system.

looks fine, a word of warning, be very carefull with the freezer pro, they are very big for the am2 retention clip, especially if it is the 2 clip one, i broke one fitting mine, replaced it and a couple of days later the new one snapped off. i now use an akasa which bolts onto the motherboard itself, i wouldnt trust a freezer pro again, they do a great job but they are a bit heavy for the 2 clip retention clip. and they seem to brake off with no warning mine dropped straight onto the grx card!

Thank you both for your comments, could you let me know if the Asus Geforce 6200 128MB DVI-D 1 X Vga Tv-out AGP will be compatable with the Asus M2N-E SLI Nvidia nForce 500 SLI MCP Socket AM2 ATX MOBO. I have checked that this MOBO is XP and Vista compatable, I will be using XP for quite some time yet.

Many thanks

your graphics card slots are pci-e not agp

you need to get a PCI-E card

I would suggest upping your psu to 500/1000.

450 is fairly basic.

Sorry should have added 500gb HD or two hard drives?
save you running out of space.

Have you any suggestions for a 500W fan, keep on looking for a quiet one but can't make my mind up.

Forgot to add that I already have the HDD, 160gb, can't remember which make coz inside my old computer but am not using at mo.

A 500 watt power supply you mean? Can't help I have a Tagan 480 watt power supply its quiet enough for me but isn't silent. Only suggestion I have is prepare a shortlist of power supplies and check the specs for noise levels.
The graphics card is not one I would buy, its a Turbocache one with only 64 meg onboard it gets the rest of the memory by borrowing from your system memory, better with a dedicated card with its own memory in my opinion.
