New SATA Drive

I have added a second SATA drive to my MESH computer - the original drive is set as the boot drive in the BIOS and is plugged into SATA 1 on the mobo - the new disk is at SATA 3 on the MOBO and is used as a data disk
In Windows XP disk management view however the new disk is at Disk 0 and the old disk is at Disk 1 - according to an answer given to someone else at the start of the month they should be the other way around - how can I swap them so that they are the other way round in disk management without losing any of the data on either disk? - I can't see a way to do this

Mine are the same as yours in few month old Medion.

It doesn't really matter which way round they are with SATA.
