Just got new pc boots ok but freezes when running games or if more than a couple of programmes are running.Case is Antec P180 mainboard ASUS P5N32-SLI Premium,Asus Artic Square CPU cooler,MSI geforce 8800gts oc,Hiper 580 watt PSU,Creative X-FI xtreme. As well as the 3 case fans supplied I have also added one in the carrier section at the back of the graphics card, airflow is good, but with side of case on keeps locking up,remove case side and blow air in with another large room fan runs sweet.Have checked CPU heatsink is ok with core temp runs around 32-40 under load CPU is E6600 core 2 duo.The only other thing getting hot is the chips on the board, asus monitor report is ok though at 34 degrees. This is also the second card so i doubt ive had 2 faulty ones. The system will only run with side on with all fans full speed and an additional 120cm fan laid on top of the graphics card blowing on to it.N tune is also running the fan at 99% speed.Any thoughts or similar encounters on this kind of setup

Take your PC back to where you bought it and ask nicely for it to be put right.
