new motherboard set up problems

Bought an Acorp 7KMM1 mobo on ebay... plugged everything up including new Duron 1800.heatsinkand fan..fitted known working hard drive,cdrom,ram and floppy.. set FSB to 266... when I boot up ,cooling fans both run,monitor flashes its led but no picture floppy and cdrom setup discs with the board.Tried running them but still no picture even tried changing the monitor.. ZILCH.. no beeps on start up either.. first time at attempting this... any ideas out there?? Or have I bought a bummer?

Has pritty much covered it there. Also make sure the AGP card is properly plugged in. they can be a bit stubborn to seat right the first time.

also I am using the onboard graphics .. well when I say that there is a socket to plug the monitor into .. I assume thats the on onboard

As the others have said take out and refit the graphics card its probably that, regarding no beeps is the speaker in the case connected?

Nahhhh I give up ..tried 2 other agp cards .. still no picture .. I think the mobo is a bummer.. sold as "new" but in small print "untested".. still, wasnt all that dear ..thanks for all your suggestions guys/gals

Remove all Exept CPU and Fan, One Memory and Graphics card see if it will boot to CMOS

Remove all Exept CPU and Fan, One Memory and Graphics card see if it will boot to CMOS, you do not need any drives to boot the comp to cmos
