I've just bought a new Logitech keyboard and cordless mouse today. They both have the option to connect through USB or PS/2 Is there any difference between the two and is one better than the other? Any opinions appreciated.Thank you
No difference, if you have a PS2 port use that as it frees your USB ports for other devices. Some recent PCs and laptops do not have PS2 connections.
The instructions for my wireless MS mouse state "If your pointing device is PS/2 compatible, a PS/2 connection is recommended for a Windows-based computer."
I have a Logitech keyboard and cordless mouse and i use the PS/2.As Patr100 you'll save a USB port.
Thanks guys.PS/2 it is then;-))
