New Hardware Help ?!?

Need some advice and some help locating these a little cheaper if you will.
Im getting some new bits and bobs just to update what
i have really, nothing special it's make things a little better really !

I have £400 Plus a few quid here and there to get a few bits and bobs.

This is what i have,

Abit NF7-S 2.0 - 8) - Keeping this.
XP1700+ - Palamino - :oops: - Replacing this.
Volcano 9 - 40mm raised duct mod - 8) - Replacing this.
2x512 Crucial PC3200 -Keeping this.
60Gig WD Cav Pata - Replacing this.
48x12x48 LiteON - Replacing this.
Ati 9000 - :oops: - Replacing this.
19Inch AOC 9G+ - Keeping this.
3.5 Floppy Duh ! - Keeping this :lol:

This is idealy what i want to be getting,

Novatech normally have some good bundles as do Komplett if you are replacing several bits. Can your motherboard handle the new processor?

Another thing, I have the opportunity to change my motherboard !
Not really any need to change it but if theres something else out there thats a good overclocker with similar features and extras then i would.

What would you go for ?

Theoretically ? I may change it for another good one but i dont really want/need to.
