New buyer, suggesting advice for new laptop.

I am looking to buy a laptop with a budget of around £500. I am not the biggest expert so any advice would be much appreciated.
Preferbally I would like the laptop to be fairly good for gaming (nothing too much - only really stretches to strategy games)
One with half decent speakers to play music from my itunes.
Doesn't have to be too much memory, just enough to save all my microsoft documents and accomodate my MP3's and occassional films.
At least a 15" screen that gives a good picture for watching dvd's.
Portability not that necessary, appearence is!

I was thinking maybe the 'HP DV9705', the 'Advent 7203', 'ADVENT 9517', the 'Toshiba Satellite L10', 'Samsung R60' or the 'Samsung R20'.

Opinions, suggest your own?

Oh yeah, and speed is definately necessary.
The other laptop I thought of was the 'Acer Aspire AS7004'.
