There are 9 pins in each of 2 sockets. 2 Cables with 4 pins on each, should I follow your colour coding from left to right on both rows,with both cables, leaving just the top right (NC) pin unused in 1 socket and the other socket completely unused, or do I fill 4 out of 9 in each socket? and if so from top left or bottom left?Thanks.

Yesterday, my Mobo wasn't listed on Foxconn site, today it is! Just downloaded the manual, and it appears the 2 mobo usb headers support 4 ports, so I will try both in 1 header and report back.

There is a thick white line at the lower left hand corner, according to your picture, vcc is pin 1.

From pin 1 Red White Green Black for both upper and lower connections, ignore the NC pin, this is not connected.
