networking help required

Hi all,

We have recently moved offices just down the road. After reconnecting the network, all computers connected except one, the one with all relevant files on it. I have checked cables, restarted router/computer.

Before i go calling tech support, is there any basics that i can check? Will doing ipconfig /renew help or cause more issues?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your thread does not read well. As it tends to read you have connected all PCs except the one with the file on but don't explain what the problem is.

Are you saying all computers, except one, will connect ok to the network?

Check that PCs login in - user name, Password and domain name are correct also check that PC has the correct workgroup name.
