'lo all,

I was wondering if any of you kind folks could offer me some advice on the pitfalls of networking two computers (one running XP, on Windows 98) and if there any known pitfalls that I should lookout for?

Thanks

You need an network ( NIC ) card 4 each comp, a cat crossover cable, close any firewalls, then use the XP network setup first, follow all steps to setup on win98 next... re-establish your firewalls if you are going on the net....Pitfalls ? nah not really ! !
