networking

i have a bt1800hg hub and a pci card in my second pc.. and had them networked to my bt line and all worked fine .. but here is my problem.. i have now moved and no longer have a bt line but a telewest bb connection and phone.. after trying to install the hub/router it doesnt seem to work.. is it that a bt hub wont work on a different line or maybe i am doing something wrong? any ideas please i really dont wanna pay out for another router and card to network if i can help it.. thanx for any advice you can give me

Bt make it clear on there site that this router will only work with BT.
So you will have to buy a new router but your network card will be allright.
I brought a D-Link router for £35.00 and use blueyonder, It set up easily and no problems.
Be aware though if you do run into any problems with networking Blueyonder will not assist you.
