Do you have system restore? If so, give it a go.

was hoping not to do a system restore as it was only a reg hack it did

I got a network problem too. I cant update windows or rather the network cant be found for that site. It is the same with Hotmail. If anyone knows of any options to sort this out, as it IS a pain, it would be greatly appreciated. I have IE6 and updated that not to long ago, but when visiting Hotmail, I am told that I must update to IE 5 &+. This was also the case prior to updating. Again, any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.:)

Hello- possibly try add/remove programs and select IE6. If memory serves me, You will have the option to roll back to a previous version of IE. You should be able to get back to 5.5 and then see if everything works from that point.
