Network Connections

I have two computers that are connected by a LAN cable. I require the main one to be connected to the internet, whilst the other must not. The LAN cable is just to transfer files between them. I have been into My Network Connections on both machines, and after a lot of fiddling, I am getting very confused. Can anyone guide me as to what options I should be setting to enable me to achieve the above.

If you don't want the second computer to be Internet capable you could disconnect the LAN cable and instead use a usb flash-drive to transfer stuff.
