I have been using Netscape recently but not found any adverse things that can be attributed to the browser.

Do you have the latest version (it was updated very recently).

Odd but, don't get too paranoid about tracking cookies. The majority of them are harmless and provided that you do scans to find them (which you seem to be doing) they are easily cleared out.

My main browser is Firefox and, I suppose I get two or three of these things each day.
