Netgear Rp114 Router & Remote Assistance

I cannot use Remote Assistance since connecting to the Rp114. I have changed all the Ports on both the Router and the Modem, with telephone advice of tech's. whilst doing so. Everything is as it should be, but I still cannot use Remote. A PC can ask me for Assist. I get the request and Accept, the other PC gets the message that I have accepted, but then they both just sit there. This works both ways. The PC's do not crash! Anybody got any idea at all????
