Netgear Router Log

I've had a sudden increase in traffic on my router, I cannot track whats causing it, can anyone point me in the right direction here please. The system is a small network for my MCSE studies - DG834 > Server 2003/Exchange > 4 workstations (2 used by my kids).

Here is a sample of the log:-

It's the 1.0.0.0 that seems to be 'new' in the logs.
