Which Country are you in?

A trace route returns an ISP in the Philippines ( Philippines Long Distance Telephone ) If in Philippines using PLDT the VPI/VCI is 0/100 and I'd try an encapsulation of VCMUX .

I have tried what was told me and still it is not working.

Is that right , your ISP gives you a static IP address ? Which package from PLDT are you using , Explorer , Entrepreneur , Enterprise or Empire ?

If on the first package ( Explorer ) your router should be on Dynamic IP Address ( Network type ..Dynamic , not static )

I think all home packages are Dynamic as well ...although I have just been reading several pages of complaints about PLDT MyDSL , and many of them received wireless routers that don't work ...
