I have been given a cd with a lot of games with .nes extension. Please could anyone tell me how I can convert them into playable games?
Thanks

.nes means Nintendo Entertainment System. Maybe the cd is a copy of the original games??

yes, you need a nes emulator to use them,

i sometimes play them on my phone,

once you have the emulator you can play them by loading them from within it, some are better than others

Thank you - I can now open them one at a time with the emulator. I previously tried to open them with another prog. which didn't work. They all bear the icon of that other program. How can I change it to the one that works so that I can just click them. As it is I have to "open with" and then browse for the prog. Hope this makes sense?
