I have 2 hard drives (C & D), 2 external drives (H & I), one LITE-ON DVDR SOHW-16338 DVD writer (E)and one MSI CD-RW CR52 CD writer (F) but My Computer and Device Manager also show another drive (G) titled NERO IMAGEDRIVE2 SCSI Cd Rom.
Why is this and what is it?
I have Nero 6 installed but I do not have a SCSI card.

this is the "virtual drive" that nero can create so you can store an image of a cd... This is good if you need more than one disk at a time and you only have 1 cd drive

Thanks Mattic_92. I don't really want this virtual drive. Any idea how to get rid of it?

Right click my computer > properties > hardware > device manager > dvd \ cdrom drives. Select nero image driver > right click > uninstall.

That should take it out of my computer.

go to start->all programs->nero->nero 6 ultra edition->Nero DriveImage and you SHOULD be able to disable this "virtual drive"
