Has anyone heard of this? I have been trying Crazy browser for a while, but Grandkids used IE. I noticed that this appears beneath the address bar on IE- it wasnt there a while ago! It offers gambling, finance, pharmacy & adult links. I go to view, tollbards & unclick it- but next time I go to IE, there it is again! I ran search& destroy,AVG & Asquared, they find nothing wrong. Has anyone got any idea how to get rid of this? Thanks, Al.

Thanks VoG, but CWS found nothing, AdAware ran the quickscan & moved a few things, but when I try for a full scan it stops at 4000 objects & wont move! Strangely, yesterday it sat for 3 hours before I turned off, & My computer showed 2gig of a 40gig HD used. I tried again this morning, again its at 40k objects after 3hrs, but now I'm told only 0.858gig of HD used. Im getting rather worried as I havent taken anything off overnight- unless I sleepwalk!! Someone PLEASE help! cheers, Al

Finally got AdAware to run, by removing it & reinstalling- no effect.Have also run CWS, Stinger, spyBot search & destroy & spyware doctor, all to no avail! I have AVG &Spyware Blaster. What could I-or my grandchildren- have done to get this parasite in my PC? As I use Crazy Browser, could I get rid of IE altogether, as this is where NEO is lurking?

Try this click here

Tried this- it removed it great, but 2 secs later it was back! It seems to be in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSQSB.DLL but I cant remove it 'cayse Windows says its using it. Should I just wipe the whole HD & start again? Im getting sick of it. Maybe this is a different thread, but coincidentally? 4 Trojan horses have found their way into Restore/temp files

Turn off System Restore click here - that should get rid of the trojans.

Start in Safe Mode click here and delete that .dll file; also run an Ad-aware scan in Safe Mode.

Start, Run, type

and click OK. Untick anything that looks like MSQSB

Start in Normal Mode and turn System Restore back on.

Finally seemes to have done the trick- it hasn't come back in 1/2 hour of IE being on & off. Once again excellent advice, I can't thank you enough- I was getting quite worried. Am now off to d/load a firewall, I stupidly removed mine in favour of Spyware Blaster- I shall now run both. I thought that AVG would keep these things at bay, but it seems nothing can stop them. Onve again, many thanks. Cheers, Al.
