Is Nemo WebEditor 4 any good for a beginner?

I've posted on the web-design forum, but I really just want a yes or no opinion at the moment.

Me?: Complete beginner. No money. Great ideas. Help, please!

I was trained on Dreamweaver, but changed to WebEditor 3 as my Dreamweaver trial expired and I'd got a free copy of Namo, I liked it a lot. I later upgraded to 4 from another cover disk. I find it very easy to use and it comes with an extensive theme gallery if you don't want to start from scratch. It also however has a comprehensive array of tools, so probably isn't going to need replacing as you get better.

Thank you, Belatucadrus. That's exactly what I needed to know. Sorry this wasn't posted on web-posts, but no one came to play.

Thanks again,
