If you like games the first one is better than the second one as the ATI 2400 Pro is a budget card.

could you point me to a good gamers graphic card,i definetly nedd a HD one

  mo-g-loc 12:02 10 Nov 2007

would a 256Mb ATI HD 2600PRO graphics card DX10 be any good ?

Read this a few months out of date but close enough click here

The ATI 1950 Pro is probably the best value for money but I have to point out that with only £400 to spend you have to draw the line somewhere.
A 7600GT is maybe £70 and the ATI 1950 Pro is perhaps £90-100.
One of the best cards out there is the 8800GT or GTS but they are way out of your league for the money you have available coming in at about £170 upwards depending on spec.

Not sure about the HD thing I'll have to let someone else answer that as I presume you want to link the PC up to a HD TV or something like it.

nah just wanna watch hd video on the pc

You can connect your PC up to an HD TV!!!???

Wow, I never knew that. Games must look awesome!
