Navigating headers & footers

Doe's anyone know how to navigate with keys only Headers & Footers.

I think you can only go from Header to Footer with the up-arrow keys along the Header&Footer toolbar in Word, that is if this is what you are meaning?

Assuming you are talking about navigating the Headers and Footers toolbar in MS Word. You can open the toolbar through the View menu - Alt+V followed by H or by using the arrow keys. To access the toolbar you can use Alt+S which pops up the 'Insert AutoText' menu at which point the Left/Right arrow keys can be used to select the other buttons.

My wife is blind and uses a screen reader in Word she presses alt V for view,then H for headers and footers, she can work in headers then when she wants to move to footer no keystroke?

And Alt+C to close the toolbar.
