n-case: legit or rogue?

Ad-aware Spy-bot have found the following (examples only) which have been quarentined. However, I now get an n-case pop-up saying a component has been removed - do I want to re-install (web connection required), repair or ignore. It says some programs may not run properly without it. The PC has been very slow since theseappeared.

Any thoughts as to whether this is a legit or rogue programme??
