MyDocs to default to folder view

When I open My Documents in XP, it open with the blue 'File and Folder' tasks open on the left. I have to go to view - explorer bar - folders to get it to look as when I open windows explorer.

How can I change this so that it always shows the folders instead of the tasks. (A registry fix or something ? )
