Is my PC underperforming ?

Hiya i need some advice on my pc spec, I am a avid online pc gamer, and always updating parts to suit the best games at the highest resolutions etc, i do feel that it it underperforming , can somebody look at my spec and tell me wher the bottle neck is i think it is my power supply, also is my new screen better than my old screen as it has not arrived yet ?

HD Main : Western Digital Raptor 74 gig 10000 rpm
HD Backup : Western Digital 250 Gig 7200 rpm
Old Screen : DELL P1130 22" crt monitor
New Screen : ViewSonic VX2435wm Widescreen HDMI

FOr the kit you will be running indeed the power supply will be straining.

If you intend to play online games alot i would reccomend at least a 800W psu,

apart from that, your pc should easely play any game you throw at it.

The new monitor looks pretty awesome too.
