i have a problem, im on a LAN with a router, and my address on the router is 192.168.0.2, and i know my ip address, the problem comes when i try to do the likes of "netmeeting" with my friends, they cannot dial me, because when they dial my ip, the are jus dialing the router, how can i create an address so that the LAN address is included within the ip, i was thinking it might be something along the lines of

"ip address":""LAN Address"

can any one help me solve these troubles, any help is allways very much appreciated as usual,

yes, i have used "port Fowarding" but it still will not dial through, i can dial to his computer no bother as he does not have a router, but he cannot dial me

Firewall?

Or it could be you need to assign one in windows.

Rather than letting windows decide one each time you boot.

i have disabled my firewall, and even in other programs with fixed ports, e.g my ftp programs etc, it still dont let it connect
