Well suit yourself! It is perfectly safe.

What browser are you using ? Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera etc

Deleting history wont change your homepage.

Assuming your using Internet explorer, go to the site you want as your homepage then click on `tools` then on `internet options` you will have a box poup, under the `general` tab you will see `homepage` click on `use current` then click on `apply` then on `ok`, now your new homepage will be remembered.

As he says the software is very good, does its job well and is perfectly safe. I never backed up when using it and never had a problem! I think that the reason for the advice is the PC USA to be honest - the same thing as warnings on hot coffee that the contents are hot, covering all angles to avoid silly legal action, that kind of thing.

Installed the software and started to use it and a message came up asking me to insert XP CD1

Dont have any software cd's, never have had

Uninstalled the prog and will continue to have history pages

In the top right hand corner of the BT page you should have a button marked sidebar. Click on this and it will reveal your history. Click on Clear.

Presumably you are using the BT Browser like I do.
