My hijack this log - is my pc ok??

Hi,

I was receiving the following error yesterday:
ntvdm cpu has encountered an illegal instruction

I have checked out many forums and downloaded spybot etc... and a whole host of registry cleaners.

I am quite confident I have some kind of virus on my pc, can someone let me know what they think of my hijack this log:

Hijack logs are not normally checked on here - there is a dedicated website and I'm damned if I can find the link, its on here somewhere. Before you go any further though just have a look at this:-

it might not be a virus at all and to my untutored eye your logfile looks O.K.
