Does it give any problems or are you just curious ?

You could probably update the drivers which might improve performance a little click here

Make a note of which drivers they recommend then do a Google search for a download site.

Is your card out of date ? well at 16MB it isn't the highest specification by a long way, but are you asking the right question. If your PC is working OK and you don't want to use it for high spec 3D games, big graphics or video editing then it's fine and there isn't much point in upgrading. If you want to use it for any of these applications then an upgrade is a good idea. Or if you simply want to upgrade just for the hell of it, why not. Do check what the terms of the Dell warranty are though, some companies get stroppy if you start changing things in the case.
