On the start menu in my documents I have a lot of documents I have opended is there a way I can stop these being transfered automatically or clear it easilyThankssootey

right click the start button, choose properties then the advanced tab , the section at the bottom contains the options you need.
Or click on start/settings/taskbar & start menu and click the clear box. horiz5 your method doesn't work on my pc that's why I asked what OS:-)
Get tweak UI from click here Power toys contains it also you have to right click the .inf file to install choose install from drop down list the program is in Control Panel you can do all kinds of things with it
PS to clear My Documents it comes under Paranoia tab
