My digital camera

has been dropped & i have claimed on the house insurance 4 this, however if the camera cannot be repaired then i will get an updated version of the camera, does anyone know of any digi's that take smart media cards along with zoom etc

The camera that has been dropped is an 'Olympus Camdeia C-830L'

I want to be able to use the media cards that i have bought

Thanks all 4 the replies, just found the extended warranty that i took out on the camera & it expired 12/02, not sure if its worth asking em to re new the policy & then claim on that if it is the same price as home insurance £50 excess but 4 a longer time

Camera is covered on home insurance, just waiting for someone to come & look at the camera to see if it can be repaired or not, dont think it can just have 2 wait & see

Will check out the sites given once the insurance guy has been, thanks again for the advice on smartmedia camera's
