That will much depend on what you want to do with it.
LED fans and the like are pointless, but if you like that sort of thing then "so be it"

personally i would have spent a bit more money on a more powerfull PSU and more memory but that sorta returns to my first statement, your chosen specs might be more than adequate for what you want your PC to do.

Have to say if this is your first build and it all works fine "NICE JOB"....
