music in background

I want to send a file by e mail and when it is opened a certain piece of music plays in the background as it is read. Can anyone advise how I do this?

If you are using Outlook Express or Windows Mail click anywhere in the message window.
On the Format menu, point to Background, and then click Sound.
Enter the name of the file you want to include and the number of times you want the file to play.
Note that you can only insert .wav or midi files. If you use other files you will hear them but the mail recipient won't hear them.
