Multiple upgrades

Hi all.

I've recently purchased a new PSU, graphics card and processor for my pc, and I was wondering if somebody could tell me whether it's okay to install all three upgrades at the same time. That way - all going well - I'll only have to unplug everything and open up the pc once.

Here are my pc specs:

Packard Bell iStart 1369
Windows XP Home Edition
Intel Celeron D processor 356
512kB cache memory/512MB DDR (just upgraded by 1GB)
HDD 80GB/7200rpm
ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series (integrated) 128MB

RC410-M ECS (three PCI & one PCI Expressx16)
Socket: 775 (Celeron D)

And here are the upgrades I want to install:

-ThermalTake TR2 420w PSU
-Sapphire x1650 Pro 512MB DDR2 PCI-E graphics card
-Intel Pentium 4 805 Dual Core 2.6GHz LGA775 2MB
533MHz FSB Processor Prescott

So, is it okay for me to install these three upgrades all in one go?
