In outlook Express,

Put all the extra peoples addresses in the BCC box this will send the same email to all in the box,

BCC= Blind Carbon Copy

In Outlook Express to display the BCC box click on the View menu and click on All Headers

If you want to do it frequently - you make a distribution list, with all the names you want in the list.

As mfletch says - it can be "bad form" to let everyone see everyone elses email address - so you bcc the distribution list - and send it to yourself.

How you do all this depends a bit on what email client, or webmail service you use - which is it?

to start from absolute basics - you put all the email addresses in the To line instead of just one address.
BUT, as DieSse and others have said, it's best to put all the names in the Bcc line as that way you don't give everyone's email address to everyone you've written to.
If you email the same group frequently you can make a list of addresses, give it a name and then in future just put that name in the Bcc line and the email will go to all that group.
