Multiple e-mails

I work in Outlook, I wish to send the same e-mail to quite a few people at the same time. I know I can do this by putting in their individual addresses in the "To" line but this would mean the recipients would see all the other e-mail addresses.
Is there a way around this.

Place BCC: (Blind Carbon Copy) before each e-mail address or choose it from the drop-down, depending on your chosen mail client.

If it's the same people all the time, you can put them into a group (how depends on your email client and version).

Set up a dummy email address called "Distribution List" (or whatever you like), which is actually your own email address.

Send it TO the List, with Bcc to the group (as ade.h said).

Then no-one will see any email addresses at all, except your own - and sending the email out will be a single one-click for the addressing part.
