I have just installed McAfee Parental Controls and I have three desk tops showing on my PC, two for my children and one for the administrator. Unfortunately when programmes have been installed they have all gone on to MY desk top. How can I give my children access to the internet, as there are no icons for dialling up on their desk tops?

Also do I have to install programmes like Word and Excel onto their desk tops, or can I just put short cuts to those programmes. If I have to put short cuts, how do I get them on to their desk tops?

Full details are provided in Help and Support under Security and Administration.

I've looked in Help & Support, but I don't know what to look for. I'm in the same bed as Star Wars, only I'm running Windows XP Pro. I've done exactly the same by running my PC from the Administrators account and there are no programs showing on the other (restricted) accounts. Can any one help?? THanks

Go to this Directory and put short cut on the desktops

C:\documents and settings\[user]\desktop

If that doesn't work email me [the folder on the top left]

Just put shortcuts on the desktops, you can do it by going in to

C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\desktop

where [user] is put their user names.
It should work
