MTU fails test

  caddyzx 13:02 26 Jul 2006

im connecting my 360 staight to the NTL set top box. i leave the reset the power on the box wait 5 minutes and switch it back on. I do the test and it says my MTU is to low.

Can anyone help solve this

Most ISPs require a fixed MTU and routers have only one MTU setting for LAN and WAN alike, so it's a bit odd that your console should try to dictate the MTU and tell you that it's too low.

I don't know any gameplayers with networks, so I cannot advise any further.
