MSWord XP Indexing

Hi
I have a transcript of a conversation typed over many pages and want to be able to highlight various sentences within it and then make some sort of index at the end of the transcript so that I have each sentence that I selected and the page number that it is on.

As far as I can see, the indexing feature as far as I can see will not give me what I want.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so exactly how I do it. Would appeciate any help

It's always easy when you know how isn't it.

Yet again VoG™ you have come to my rescue.

Still havn't managed to sort my Excel problem out though. Would you mind if I emailed the setup to you?
