MSN messenger

Can someone please tell me how to remove the messenger from my task bar. I tried everything to take it out but it keeps coming back. Liza

Have you tried Msconfig,I assume that you mean in quick launch.Start up program in quick launch,untick it,Apply ok.When computer reboots a box will appear,Just tick the little square,Ok Or try messenger,Tools, Options, General.Untick,Always run Messenger when I log on to Windows.Apply ,Ok

Hi Liza,Glad that you got it sorted.So if you tick the little square and press the resolved button it will let others know that it has now been fixed without having to open the thread.
