There is something i do not understand.
If i receive an email with an attachment, when it is in the 'in box' it is shown under the paperclip sign to be included.
But if i send one there is no 'record' of it under the paperclip on the sent box list, but i have proof that it has been sent.
Why?

There's no real need to store outgoing attachments on the Hotmail server, as you already have them in your computer anyway.

Incoming attachments, on the other hand, must be stored on the server - otherwise you couldn't view them.

That's a possible reason - though only the program/systems designer can really tell you what they had in mind when they designed it that way.

Thanks for the reply - to me it is strange that there is no indiction that the attachment has gone.
