When PC had rebooted a logon screen appeared that wasn't there before, the User name: OWNER pretyped & password area was blank with blinking curser.I have tried everything & all I receive is-ERROR use correct user Name,Domain,& Password.I only ever use the same password for everything. I'm totally at my wits end, I'm Disabled with Parkinsons & my PC is Truely my life. Please Please help.

You could try just hitting enter, leaving all the fields empty as you do so.

A quick search of the msi forums reval a little bit but not a lot, have a look click here

Nelly...Can you get into safe mode ?

Getting into safe mode:

When you turn the system on continualy press f8.

You could then try...Last good configuration

Or look for system Restore.>

Start> All programs> Accessories> system tools> System restore.

This will show you a date when changes where made.If you can remember ...go back to a a date which the system was ok for you.

I've just installed this program just to get a look at the accompanying .txt file for info as it's a self installing .exe file. The contents don't offer much in the way of help but here they are anyway.

If no other replies are forthcoming then I can only suggest a format and reinstall. Since the motherboard is a recent installation it shouldn't have too much of an impact, only this time leaving the MSI lockbox installation off.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
