I use WinXP, Office Pro 2002, PC-Cillin, spybot, Adware and Trend firewalls etc. Recently, when I send Pub 2002 files saved as 2000 or 98 ones, my friends are unable to "open files created in a different version"! They both use Publisher 2000. I have reinstalled Publisher with no difference, I cannot see the point in saving files as 2000 or 98 if they cannot be opened on another PC. My ISP is Blueyonder broadband. Can anyone help? Thanks Arrellgee
In response to your e-mail; ^bump^ or refresh is what we forum users use to push a post to the top of the first page of threads. This is common practice when we find a new thread that has dropped to page 3 or 4, say, because of a lack of replies. It helps your thread to get seen by someone who understands your problem.
By the way, it is generally good practice to e-mail forum users only when asked to do so.
